The Women of the ELCA (WELCA) are happy and active as we approach our WELCA Weekend Gathering in September. The board representing St. Mark’s four circles is planning a lovely morning on Saturday, September 23 and every woman of St. Mark’s is welcome to join!
We will see a video about Katie Luther; hear from our current Bold Woman, Kathy Sieja, about what it means to be bold in our world; and hold election of officers for 2024. Following our morning Gathering, everyone is invited to go out to lunch at Walton’s Southern Table (4901 Whitesburg Drive).
