Financial Well-Being Workshop Planned for November 11
Spiritual well-being and financial well-being go hand in hand. With the recent call for a new pastor we are on the road to fulfilling our spiritual needs. The Board of Administration, as part of the November’s month of stewardship, is sponsoring a workshop “PROMOTING FINANCIAL WELL-BEING THROUGH THE GENERATIONS.”
The workshop is being held in St. Mark’s Fellowship Hall on Saturday, November 11, 2023 beginning with sign-in at 8:30 a.m. and ending with a wrap up at 2:30 p.m. The workshop, which is open to all St. Mark members and friends, is free, and a box lunch will be provided by Thrivent.
Financial planning begins at birth – the birth of a child, a grandchild, a niece or nephew, and it doesn’t end until the final goodbyes. This workshop hopefully will answer many of your questions about planning for a fulfilling financial life. The workshop is your opportunity to hear from experts about all the planning and decisions that are important to your financial well-being – whether it be about student loans, establishing a retirement plan, writing a will or deciding who should have power of attorney. It’s making a plan for health care needs and talking to your family and clergy about life decisions. Financial planning is for all ages!
