Growing together

to nourish our community

The Bible is the inspired, inerrant, living, and all-sufficient Word of God. God’s Word is the primary means by which the elect are united to the risen Christ and thereafter, in Him, nourished unto eternal life.

We are a church that extends beyond four walls.

St. Mark’s Lutheran Church is a medium-sized congregation where people of all ages, interests and backgrounds grow together in a faithful, welcoming, and service-oriented community in the name of Jesus Christ. We live our values out loud every day, through service and fellowship throughout the Greater Huntsville area. Rooted in the community for over 70 years, we can’t wait to get to know you and share life together.

We share God’s love in various ways in our homes, local community, and throughout the world.

We believe that man was created by God in His own image, but through his sin incurred physical and spiritual death. As a result, all human beings are born with a sinful nature and are sinners by choice and therefore under condemnation.

Your Pastor

A Christian should live for the glory of God and the well-being of others.

That his conduct should be blameless before the world; that he should be a faithful steward of his possessions; and that he should seek to realize for himself and others the full stature of maturity in Christ.
